A delightful stop off on our way back from Basque Country. La Caroline offers spacious and comfortable bedrooms in a great location by the Somme canal. The local bar and adjoining restaurant were a real treat, serving delicious meals and drinks. The owner and his wife were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plenty of parking available nearby. Will definitely return for more exploring in the area.

We loved staying at this charming hotel and restaurant. The location near the canal and the town center was perfect for exploring the area. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we had a quiet stay overlooking the courtyard. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome during our entire stay. The restaurant offered delicious local cuisine, and the breakfast in the morning was a tasty treat. The owner and his wife were delightful and eager to please. a wonderful experience.

What a friendly welcome from all staff, they speak perfect English! The value meal in the restaurant was mind-blowing. The recently refurbished shower and toilet were super clean and modern. Only 3 hours from Dunkirk ferry, perfect location near a car park. The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard, and the breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The bar and lounge area behind the reception was a jaw-dropping surprise, always busy with locals. The staff were so friendly and efficient, making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable enough for a longer stay, and the town is charming with many interesting sites nearby. Can't wait to stay here again, a truly wonderful discovery!
